You can be fat and healthy also. It does put you at risk for heart diseases, however, if you are fat, putting in about 10 minutes of moderate excersise daily may help with heart health. This moderate excercise is not in an effort to lose weight but just to maintain a healthy weight Also, Miss Kitty is not encouraging ladies to go and get fat because fat is the way to go... she is saying that... sure..u r fat.. but hey.. be happy with yourself. Many fat people become depressed because of the outside pressure from the world in regards to their weight. For what? I think she is sending out a great message. If she is unattractive to you..u are one person. I know men who love women her size. She can and I'm sure that she has found men who have found her attractive. Your article is biased but hey.. it's your blog and as you said... your thoughts. your ideas. your inspiration. So by all means.. voice your opinion, but do so stating that it is your opinion and do not write in absolutes, especially claiming publicly that the woman is unattractive.
