Why Do We Always Knock?

Just a random though, probably my most random though ever posted on this blog. I was just wondering why people have a penchant for knocking stuff when it doesn’t work (e.g Gadgetry). The Remote doesn’t work, the first thing to do of course it to knock the hell out of it. Bam! Bam! Bam! on the wall or any other hard surface.

We as human beings really have weird habits, sheesh. It seems that it’s not the small majority of people either, i’ve noticed a good amount of people do it.  I guess we do it because when we knock the stuff it ends up working after, don’t ask me how.

Lol, I don’t know why we do that, but I have noticed. Some people also bang on the keyboard if the computer’s not working.

I guess it would probably be better to NOT bang on things – you might break them even more – but maybe it helps us let out our frustration?

Lol, probably, but some people(like me) bang stuff with the intention of getting them to work again.

Perhaps that’s a remnant from our cave-dwelling ancestors. Something doesn’t work and you’ve exhausted all other options, the primal side kicks in and just bangs it.

That sounds like a logical explanation
