Mr. Prime Minister, Sir You Do Not Need to Be Comfortable.
Jamaica/Politics October 7th, 2007You did not become Prime Minister to be comfortable, building a new Parliament Building isn’t priority. The Poor, The Gunman going around and murdering people senselessly is a problem, the sliding of our Dollar is a PROBLEM, the rising cost of goods is a problem, Unemployment is a problem, not a new Parliament House.
You did Not Become Prime Minister to be comfortable, you become Prime Minister to work, to better the country you claim to love; sure Gordon House needs some upgrades, but that can wait. Get matters that are priority ironed out first, then you can worry about a building. I cant believe no one has criticized you for this, except for me of course. Contrary to popular belief you don’t have to be in a clean place to get work done, look at a garbage man for example….pun intended. This is not your second strike though, i still have hope, and hope is what many Jamaicans have in you, But regardless, I’m a small voice in Big World, it’s not like you read what i write .

Oh c’mon man! Give Bruce a chance! The JLP can’t clean up the PNP’s 18 year mess in a few weeks.

If they need it, they need it, and I think it was one expenditure that the PNP was thinking about too, so…
Of course, they mustn’t let it take away resources from the fight against crime or the fight for education and health, but if dem need it, dem need it.

Need it to make themselves fat and comfortable and do absouletely nothing. As i said, after they sort our priority stuff then feel free to build themselves anything they want

Preach my youth!!! Let’s fix the broken before we replace lavish things with more lavish things. I thought the platform for the election was to shorten the gap between the rich and the poor and to deepen the middle class with quality reform & opportunity. Maybe I’m wrong.
